Please make sure that Linda Vilett receives copies of both the preprint and published versions of the paper for the INT files.

Preprints

The INT can pay or help pay preprint and mailing (surface) charges for any papers that you complete while visiting the INT. We will produce and mail up to 100 preprints. The INT can also help pay page and reprint charges for any papers that result from work performed at the INT. In both cases, the INT should be included on the title page list of affiliations (in addition to the acknoweldgment discussed above).

The INT will not pay for the full cost of publication unless it is the only affiliation listed on the title page.

Again, please make sure that a copy of the paper in both preprint and published versions is given to Linda Vilett. If the INT is the sole address, Linda should also be sent page-charge billings and the reprint order request. Under most circumstances the minimum number (often 100) of reprints will be ordered and the INT will retain some portion of those so we can respond to reprint requests.
