Note: "Round table" discussion means that various participants can have the floor, for, say, 5 minutes to push a given experiment, argue for a theory initiative, etc. Then the other participants should ask the hard questions, provide a reality check, etc.
"Discussion" resignates the final working group meeting in which the convenors and participants try to decide which experiments should be pushed now; which ones require more R&D and development, but are promising; etc. The goal should be to formulate a timeline and process that the DOE/NSF could adopt to "grow" and nurture this physics.
The sessions are staggered a bit to allow participants to attend more than one working group.
