Part of the workshop will involve smaller working-group meetings in which physics opportunities in selected areas will be discussed in some detail. Please indicate which of the following working groups are of most interest to you.

Solar Neutrinos

Supernova Neutrinos and the Supernova Mechanism

Neutrino Astrophysics (r-process neutrino physics, stellar cooling, early universe neutrino physics)

Reactor and Accelerator Neutrinos

Underground Laboratories (including major detectors for atmospheric and high energy neutrinos, nucleon decay, etc.)

Neutrino Mass (single and double beta decay, etc.)

Please list your topics in order of preference (Use 1. for your top choice, etc.)

Registration Fee: The registration fee of $60 includes a seafood buffet (salmon, scallops, clams, mussels) on Thursday evening, September 21.
